Shirt Tristan Black

Our medieval shirt Tristan is a straight cut with a stand-up collar and lacing at the neck. The button with buttonhole wasn't invented until the 13th century in Germany, so in this shirt, we use lacing and no button placket. The sleeves go straight to the wrist without cuffs, so it can be worn without problems under a gambeson where cuffs and puffing are often in the way.

An emphatically simple lace-up shirt made of 100% coarse cotton in a linen look, which you can use for many different portrayals of servants, farmers, hunters, or even knights. Our model combined the look with our Chausses Brandolf and the Braies Gisbert.
