Our classic 3 Amigos cheese just got a smoking hot upgrade! We took our fan favorite spicy gouda — enlivened with Jalapeños, Habanero, and Chipotle peppers — and cold smoked it for six hours in our Barron, Wisconsin smokehouse. The result is a medley of spicy, smoky, and savory flavor. It's the perfect addition to your gourmet nacho cheese dip or enjoyed on its own.
