Take a closer look at this 14 gauge belly ring and you'll notice an upside down heart, steampunk non-moving metalwork cogs, and creepy skeleton teeth. The tiki skull charm is mounted on a 3/8" curved barbell made with gold PVD over 316L surgical grade stainless steel. The curved barbell is topped with a clear gem ball end.
