A.Import duties, taxes and charges is not included in price, buyer has to pay import tax. Differ country different tax fee. like Chile or ARGENTINA or Spain etc, tax maybe over usd 30-90.

C. when goods arrived, don’t sign firstly, inspect goods,if come with broken, pls reject, then we can get some compensation from post office. D. please get parcel on time.
