We take care to protect the integrity of your cheese in transit. Our vacuum-sealed, hard cheeses are safe outside of refrigeration in transit. If temperatures are above 60 degrees in your location, we ship in insulated boxes with gel ice packs to protect your shipment, at no extra charge.

Ingredients

Port wine cold pack cheese food (sharp cheddar cheese [pasteurized cultured milk, salt, enzymes], water, reduced lactose whey, cream, port wine, whey, sorbic acid [to prevent mold], sea salt, guar gum, annatto color, lactic acid, red #40), cream cheese (pasteurized milk and cream, cheese culture, salt, stabilizers [carob bean, xanthan, guar gums]), mayonnaise (soybean oil, water, egg yolks, distilled white vinegar, eggs, contains less than 2% of: high fructose corn syrup, salt, natural flavor, mustard flour, calcium disodium edta [to preserve flavor, paprika), sorbic acid (preservative). Contains: milk, eggs. Made in a facility that handles wheat, soy, eggs, milk and tree nuts.
